Subprocessors
Vendors that help Sweyam operate hosted Kasho. We share personal data with them only as needed for their function, as described in the Privacy Policy.

1. Controller
Sweyam Technologies, Kozhikode, Kerala, India, is the data fiduciary / controller for hosted Kasho at kasho.sweyam.com. Email: [email protected].
2. Current subprocessors and platforms
- Sweyam Auth — identity and sign-in (including Google sign-in where you choose it).
- Google — OAuth identity (via Auth), AdMob (mobile ads), AdSense (web ads), Play Billing (Android Pro).
- Razorpay — web Pro subscriptions and payment processing.
- Cloudflare — edge HTTPS / tunnel and related network protection.
- Hosting and compute providers in India — application servers for the API and web apps.
- PostgreSQL database host (India) — account, ledger, and related personal data.
- S3-compatible object storage — uploaded attachments and files.
- Transactional email provider — invitations and system messages.
- Error and availability monitoring — operational diagnostics and reliability.
Some providers operate global infrastructure; Kasho application and database storage for hosted accounts is kept in India. Payment and ad networks process only the data needed for billing or ad delivery, not your financial journal contents.
3. Changes
We may update this list when vendors change. Material changes that affect how personal data is shared will also be reflected in the Privacy Policy, with notice where required.
